Good faith acquisition of financial assets

Presenting my research project

Recently, I presented my research project and its preliminary results to the committee that supervises my PhD research at KU Leuven. The title of the research project is ‘Bezit, geld, titel: verkrijging te goeder trouw van financiële activa’, which can be translated (without the wordplay, sadly) as ‘good faith acquisition of financial assets’.

Because of the corona virus, I recorded the presentation and circulated the video to the members of the supervisory committee. Afterwards, a session was held via videoconferencing to discuss the presentation with the supervisory committee, three respondents and an audience of interested persons. It was an unusual format, but it worked well. You can find the video below. The presentation is in Dutch.

The video also appeared on Corporate Finance Lab.
